How do I place an order?

Choose the items you want to buy and add them to your cart. Click on ‘checkout’ to pay for your order. Personalised orders will be started as soon as payment and customised options are verified (see product description).  Coastal Studio will do their best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please  factor in shipping time, in order to be sure your item arrives in time for your event!

How long will it take to get my package?

Please allow 3-5 working days to ship your order (except for personalised orders — see individual product descriptions), slightly longer for regional areas. Goods will only be shipped to a residental or business address, no Post Office Boxes, etc. If unsure, please call or email us, we are here to help.

How much is shipping?

Coastal Studio offers free standard shipping across Australia.

For wholesale orders, contact us for shipping charges.

How can I make a payment?

Payments are made by using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, they have an option to pay with any major credit card.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship world wide. A quote will be provided, depending on your country.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Coastal Studio takes great care in packing and shipping all orders. We are happy to replace any item that has been damaged due to shipping. Simply take a photo of the damaged item and box, email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will then be in contact with you to organise your replacement item. All items are carefully photographed to ensure they are represented clearly. Due to the nature of all items being individually made by one pair of hands, there can be minor variations — each piece is truly one of a kind!

Personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged if you have simply changed your mind.
